Sticking occurs because the heat is too high. We recommend starting on medium-low heat with a little bit of oil as well. Our technology allows our cookware to heat up much faster so we find that customers are cooking on too high of heat. Season your pans once before use.

1. Nexware cookware should be seasoned before first use. You do not need to season your pans before every use. To season your pans properly, first heat your pan to medium-low and spread 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil around the interior of the pan. Leave on heat for 1-2 minutes. Now you’re ready to cook. Over the first few weeks of use, your Nexware cookware will perform better and better as it re-seasons itself on its own from the fats in the food you are cooking.

2. LOW HEAT is the key! Our MultiTech allows Nexware to heat up much faster and distribute heat much more evenly than most cookware. Sticking almost always occurs when the heat is too high. We recommend cooking things like eggs on medium-low. Our pans do require just a little bit of oil since they are hybrid pans.

3. If you’re still experiencing sticking after owning the pans for an extended period of time, we recommend giving the pan a deep clean with a more abrasive sponge then re-seasoning.

Some pan discoloration is normal with any cookware. For tougher stains, we recommend soaking your pans in warm soapy water for a few minutes. You can also use baking soda and vinegar solution (Google is your friend). Depending on how tough the stain is, we recommend using stainless steel cleansers (like Barkeepers Friend) or even stainless steel scouring pads to scrub off tough stains.

One (1) Year Warranty

One (1) Year Warranty does not apply to damage caused in food service setting, abuse, misuse or altering product. Over time, surface imperfections may appear. These cosmetic imperfections will NOT affect the performance of the cookware. This is considered normal wear and tear.

Our warranty is limited to consumers with proof of purchase. If the product was not purchased NEW from any authorized dealer, warranty is null and void. Our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product at Nexware’s sole option. Nexware shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect.
