We do not accept refunds or returns except in cases of determined factory defects and not due to normal wear and tear. We cannot guaranty the outcome of your use of our kitchen pots and pans since this is as much a matter of skill and precision as it is of the cookware’s features and strengths.

Should this situation apply to you, please email us at returns@nexwarekitchen.com with a video or snapshot of the defect of your purchased item, a copy of your invoice, and any other necessary details.
